Easy to use, well made. You won’t find one of these anywhere else. Don’t try the cheap ones on EBay like I did. It won’t fit! The product was what I expected but what a terrible customer service they have, several times I sent an email and they never replied to me, to date I still have my doubts about how to install and update because you do not respond, when I bought it it was mentioned that I would have help from NaviUpgrade but it was not like that.

I just finished this project on my ’17 Fiesta. With the help of this video and the parts I bought from NaviUpgrde, the install was easy. The parts were shipped fast and any questions I had had were quickly and clearly answered. The hardest part of this was finding the Mounting bracket, Ford Part D2BB18888A, that mounts the screen and CD player in the dash. As best I can tell, they came all all Fiesta’s ’14-’19 that had Sync 2 or Sync 3 unit already installed, so check the junkyards. I used a Dremel Max Life 9903HP Tungsten Carbide Carving Bit for cutting through the dash. At first got a USB hub out of a ’16 Escape that worked fine while I was on Sync version 3.0, but once I used the Syn3 Updater to go to Sync 3.4, it gave me a message saying “USB hubs are not supported. Please remove.” So I got a USB hub out of a ’17 Fiesta and it works fine. To mount the hub in your arm rest cubby you need a Console Trim Panel Insert Part Number: D2BZ5804567EB. Big shout out to NaviUpgrade for their help with this.
