Great to work with. Much better price that the other two sites I was looking at. Quick delivery. When I was first interested, one piece was out of stock, as soon as in came back in stock (about 5 days in my case) he texted me, I placed my order and stuff was shipped immediately. Install is easy (great video’s on youtube, I would watch for 2 minutes or so, go do that step in my truck (usually in less time) then watch the next steps. Getting the big panel to pop back in right took a couple of minutes … I was starting to get impatient, walked away and got lunch, came back and it popped in like magic. My son has Sync 3 in his much newer truck, so I’m used to that system and this one is exactly the same. Very nice, much faster, works like it was there from the start.
