Sync 3 Upgrade Project
Brian and his team at NAVI UPGRADE were brilliant when I required AsBuilt programming files for my exact Ford vehicle specifications to flash a donor navi APIM. I was confident to source and swap out my old screen, APIM, media hub, modify some cabling and install a GPS antenna but did not have a clue about reprogramming. NAVI UPGRADE provided me all the programming answers and had clear instructions and make themselves always available for support!
You will absolutely love upgrading to Sync 3 from Sync 2 - the inbuilt navigation system is far improved and the CarPlay connectivity to your Apple iPhone is amazing! Many thanks NAVI UPGRADE

SYNC 3 replacement
Brian of NaviUpgrade is the best! His customer service and guidance is above parr. Brian was able to easily determine that my APIM was "toast." I can not say or praise Brian and NaviUpgrade enough. Just after one call to his office, Brian quickly had things in motion. Within 2 days, I received the latest version and completely upgraded APIM, that was programmed specifically to my car..
The removal and reinstallation was very easy for my 2019 Fusion. Even though I had a few questions "dumb questions" during the install, a quick call to Brian, and the issues were solved!
It is obvious that Brian and NaviUpgrade know their product but, truly are very passionate of the work and their work model and, go above and beyond to make sure the that all questions and issues are promptly handled.

Easily the best customer service
Title says it all. Best customer service I’ve ever experience, period. I impulsively ordered a sync 2 to sync 3 upgrade kit at 2:30 am on a Monday morning, and it was processed and shipped by noon. I received everything Wednesday the same week. Brian (the owner) admitted to sending me the wrong harness for my USB hub, but he has sent the proper one before I have even received the original, so it didn’t even matter. Everything was plug and play, and it all worked right off the bay. Took me an hour to install even after fighting the passenger airbag light trim for 20 minutes. Brian also responded to all of my texts within 5 minutes of them being sent. I can’t say enough good things

Amazing Customer Service and Product
Brian has been very quick to reply to all my questions and issues when installing the sync 4” to 8” conversion harness. The website guides pretty covered everything I needed to know when getting the APIM second hand and installing it. I did have a couple issues with the second hand Unit i bought off of ebay, but Brian able to help me troubleshoot and upgrade my APIM to sync 3.4 and it’s been perfectly since then!
